Like many industries, the professional cleaning field has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, but in a way that brought an increased demand for services within a very short period of time. With this sudden spike in business, Renee Sharp was suddenly met with the task of finding more employees to add to her team, and quickly. “We were struggling to fill the positions with cleaning technicians,” explains Renee. In just eight months, F&R Professional Cleaning, Inc. has hired sixteen employU clients. If that wasn’t enough, she then had a team building evening for her management staff and also invited the [Employment Specialists] as a thank you for all that they do to help find and train staff for her company…” Jan says.
