With labor shortages still looming, the demand for skilled workers and employees remains. Through these programs the host businesses have the opportunity to have employU clients work at their business while employU pays the wages. Ongoing support is also part of the program. With an employU Job Coach checking in with the customer and their supervisor, businesses and customers can rest assured that they will have help addressing any challenges if needed.
