This helps us create a plan tailored to each person’s needs. Through work-based learning experiences, clients can try out different jobs, build their résumés, and gain the confidence that comes with hands-on practice. And when it’s time to apply, our job placement services connect clients with employers who value inclusion and recognize the potential of every person we serve. 

Many teens come to us to gain work experience, discover career opportunities or to start preparing for life after high school. Parents tell us they feel comforted knowing their children are gaining independence, developing practical skills, and participating in safe, supportive environments. Adults benefit too.
