employU partners with local businesses to offer a variety of Community Internship Projects throughout Florida. These summer-based programs are designed to add to the future talent pipeline by addressing the skills and talent gap many businesses are currently facing.

Before he came to employU, Ricardo struggled for over a year to find a job. That all changed when he came to employU. Ricardo is now celebrating 90 days at his new employment and couldn’t be happier!

That is why we are a proud partner of the Florida Unique Abilities Program. Through this partnership we are helping to raise awareness about the social and economic benefits of employing individuals with disabilities and, in the process, strengthen our communities.
We are so proud of the students who completed our 2019 Project Search program. It was our first time partnering with this program that offers high school seniors real life work experience. They completed 3 rotations at Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital and 4 students were hired as permanent employees!

We are partnered with The Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and the American Dream Employment Network. Our company is structured as a one-stop-shop offering adult employment services, youth programs, employability trainings, paid work experience, and a variety of assessments. Our services enhance a customer’s ability to successfully achieve independence by establishing a lifelong career.
