Hi, I’m April Piazza, the Human Resources Manager at employU.  I have worked in Human Resources for the past 16 years and have spent the greater part of that time working in the manufacturing industry.

I hold my Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources and Management from Indiana University and have earned my Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional) designations.  I am also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).  My areas of expertise include employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, compensation and benefits, training and development, and federal and state law compliance.

I have a passion for HR and am I’m thrilled to be a part of the employU team where I’m able to make a positive impact on the organization as well as assist employees achieve job satisfaction through the development of their skills.
