Ryan Beidelman

Position: Senior Admin Support of Vocational Services

I am Ryan Beidelman, the Transition Youth Services Senior Admin Support for employU. I am a social worker with over 10 years of experience helping youth with disabilities learn job skills and discover careers that fit their interests. I am originally from Panama City, Florida, and initially began studying Computer Information Systems at the University of West Florida. After obtaining an A.A. in Information Systems, I discovered my passion for helping others and began pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Florida State University and graduated in 2018. Before I joined employU, I worked for a school for young adults with disabilities to transition from high school to
independent living. While I was there, I also led groups of students to advocate for people with disabilities by speaking at different events and helping to complete community service projects. We have spoken at the United Nations in New York and I have been to conferences in Mexico, New Zealand, Ireland, and Iceland to name a few. I began working for employU in 2018 as Transition Job Coach for Brevard County. Over the years, the Brevard Team and I have helped pilot construction and manufacturing programs and helped 100’s of students explore different careers in their community and learn important job skills. Now, as part of the Admin Support Team, I look forward to assisting the Area Managers in three quickly growing counties with their day-to-day operations and ensuring every client has a great experience with us.
