I am Sera Kunnirikal, the Training Support Specialist at employU. It is employU’s mission of advocating, educating, and empowering people that drew me to work here. I started my journey here as a Job Coach and Grant coordinator. In these roles, I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with clients in their career exploration process and to make an impact in the community. In my new role as a Training Support Specialist, I am excited to shift my focus to staff members. My goal is to create a collaborative learning environment where everyone can gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel in their roles to empower our clients!
