Step into the fast-paced world of hospitality with our Hospitality Immersion Program, funded by AdventHealth and designed for adults ages 18 and up. Offered in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties, this hands-on, week-long program provides participants with the chance to learn the ins and outs of the hospitality industry. Participants will learn through engaging activities, real-world practice, and interactive instruction. From customer service to behind-the-scenes operations, you’ll gain valuable experience that can open doors to future employment opportunities in one of Florida’s largest industries.
Participants who attend at least four out of the five program days will also receive a $300 stipend!

This day sets the stage by exploring the essential skills and opportunities that make hospitality such a rewarding career path - Day 2
Step into the world of hotels and lodging! Participants will discover what it takes to keep a hotel running smoothly, from guest check-in and concierge services to housekeeping and operations management. This day will highlight the teamwork, attention to detail, and customer service skills that create a memorable stay for every guest. - Day 3
It’s time to explore the delicious side of hospitality! This day focuses on food service, restaurants, and the culinary arts. Participants will learn about careers in the kitchen and front-of-house, the importance of teamwork in food service, and how creativity and passion for food come together to deliver exceptional dining experiences. - Day 4
Dive into the excitement of theme parks, attractions, and entertainment venues! Participants will see how hospitality professionals bring joy and fun to millions of visitors every year. The week concludes with practical tools for launching a career in hospitality. Participants will build skills in writing resumes, completing applications, and preparing for interviews.
