employU Orientation
employU’s Orientation is a clear, supportive walkthrough of Vocational Rehabilitation (Voc Rehab) and employU services. The orientation covers information on who does what, what to expect, and how clients move from referral to job coaching and placement support.
Attending orientation helps clients feel informed and prepared, especially while waiting for Voc Rehab eligibility to be determined.
When: Every Wednesday starting February 4th, 5pm EST
Where: Virtual (a link to the orientation will be sent once your Voc Rehab app has been submitted)

If you are unable to attend an orientation session, please reach out to your Customer Support Specialist to schedule a one-on-one meeting.
Voc Rehab and employU work together, but they are separate organizations.

No. Voc Rehab is the funding/planning side; employU provides employment services and job coaching.
What happens after I’m approved by Voc Rehab and my referral is sent?
You’ll be paired with an employU Employment Specialist who supports your job search, prep, and early employment success.
