employU Makes Two Big Lists Three Years In a Row!

employU is proud to have made two very big lists annually from 2020 through 2022. For three years, employU has been included on the Best NonProfits to Work For by the Nonprofit Times and the Top Workplaces by The Orlando Sentinel! Both lists utilize third-party surveys to rank participants.

To determine who makes the list, The NonProfit Times surveys employees, managers, and outside vendors of participating organizations on 85 questions and statements across eight categories. Nonprofits from across the United States entered the two-part survey process to identify organizations where leaders have excelled in creating quality workplaces. Only the top 50 organizations make the cut. The Best Nonprofits are those that scored exceptionally high on average in these categories compared to those organizations that did not make the list:

  1. Leadership and planning
  2. Culture and communications
  3. Role satisfaction
  4. Work environment
  5. Relationship with supervisor
  6. Training, development, and resources
  7. Pay and benefits
  8. Overall engagement

Also using a third-party survey process, the Top Workplaces honor by The Orlando Sentinel is based solely on employee feedback. “In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization. The Top Workplaces program can be that positive outcome your company can rally around in the coming months to celebrate leadership and the importance of maintaining an employee-focused culture, even during challenging times.”

The survey anonymously measured 15 areas that are critical to the success of any organization.  These areas measured include connection, alignment, and execution. employU is excited to share this news with our community as we look forward to continuing to build an organization that values teamwork, relationships, and a family atmosphere.
